It didn’t take much time for Malayalam actor Mammootty to react to something that has been mentioning his name along with young actress Anna Rajan.
For the past two days, Anna Rajan has been massively trolled and abused on social media by a group of Mammootty fans. Now, it seems the actress has cheered up after Mammootty himself dialed her number.
Anna took to Facebook and wrote how Mammootty’s words have given her comfort and courage to face all kinds of situations. The actress said that she couldn’t take it when her words were twisted and was abused unnecessarily which made her go live on Facebook with a clarification during which she broke down to tears. She added talking with Mammootty was like a dream, and heaped praises on the actor for the modesty he had shown to ring someone like her who is just two-films-old.

The Angamaly Diaries actress said the first offer she had got after her debut film was to act opposite Mammootty but she couldn’t take up the project as shooting dates got delayed.
She hopes and prays that she soon gets a good offer in a Mammootty-starrer.

Earlier, in an interview to a TV channel, the actress said that she'd want Dulquer to be her hero, while Mammootty could play her on-screen father. Her statement didn't go well with fans who continuously trolled and abused her on social media.
