November Rain 2024: Saintgits host talent fest for school students

Kottayam: The Saintgits College of Engineering Kottayam, in collaboration with members of Kottayam Round Table #79 and Ladies Circle #48, organized "November Rain 2024," a series of competitions for school students at the college campus.
The event, organized in the first week of November, featured an array of exciting competitions, including JAM (Just A Minute), the Spelling Bee, and a Quiz contest.
Winners
- Johan B. Philip from Believers Church Residential School, Thiruvalla, clinched the first prize in the Spelling Bee.
- S Nandakishor from Bhavan's Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara, won the top spot in the JAM competition.
- The quiz competition was dominated by the duo Kiran Thomas Tison and R Nakul from Bhavan's Vidya Mandir, Girinagar.
The event provided a platform for school students to showcase their talents and gain exposure to various academic and co-curricular challenges. Beyond the competitions, participants had the opportunity to explore the college campus, including visits to state-of-the-art facilities such as the 3D Printing Lab, FAB Lab, and projects like E-Baja and M-Baja.
