CBSE verification of marks 2024: Check out the dates, links and fees here

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the dates for submitting applications for verification of marks scored by students in this year’s Class 10 and 12 examinations, the results of which were published recently.

The procedures to obtain photocopies of evaluated answer books and for re-evaluation of answers will start after May 30.

All applications in this regard should be submitted only online. The fee for verification of marks for each paper is Rs 500. Students can seek copies of answer books only if they apply for verification of marks. The fee to obtain copies of answer books is Rs 500 for each subject in class 10 and Rs 700 in class 12.

In the event of finding discrepancies in the marks awarded, students can apply for revaluation. Applications for revaluation could be submitted only if the students obtain copies of answer books. The fee for revaluation is Rs 100 for each question. Students should also mention the reason for seeking revaluation, in the application.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on May 13 announced the schedule for verification of marks, photocopy of evaluated answer books, and revaluation of CBSE Class 10, and 12 results 2024 for students who are not satisfied with their scores.

As per the schedule, Class 12 students will be able to apply for marks verification from May 17 to May 21, while the Class 10 marks verification window will open from May 20 to May 24.
