Become a member of Little KITEs IT club in high schools; details here

Thiruvananthapuram: Class-8 students can apply for membership in the Little KITEs Club at the 2,000-odd government and aided high schools in Kerala till June 8.

Students should fill up the application form, available at the schools, and submit these to the head masters.

The aptitude test will be held on June 13. The aptitude test will have questions from the fields of logical reasoning and programming, the IT textbook of classes 5, 6, and 7, and general knowledge on the IT sector.

Special classes will be telecast on the KITE Victers channel at 6.30am and 8pm on test.

Students who get selected will be given training on areas such as hardware, animation, electronics, Malayalam computing, cyber security, mobile app development, programming, robotics and e-governance.

The Little KITEs members securing A-grade would be awarded grace marks in the Class 10 exam. Currently, there are around 3 lakh students in the 'Little KITEs' IT Club.
