The Institute of Communication under the Kerala Media Academy, an autonomous institution under the Government of Kerala, is offering three job-oriented post-graduate diploma courses. Applications will be accepted online till May 31.
The programmes – Journalism & Communication, Television Journalism, and Public Relations & Advertising – are of one-year duration, including internship and practical.
Students possessing any Bachelor's degree or those awaiting the final-year degree results can apply. They shouldn’t cross 28 years of age, as on May 31, 2023. Those belonging to Scheduled Castes/Tribes and Other Eligible Communities can avail of relaxation.
The application fee is Rs 300 for General category students and Rs 150 for those belonging to SC and OEC categories. The candidates have to appear for an online entrance examination and interview.
