Many school students hear about a career in the civil services when the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announces the results of the All-India Civil Services Examination. A good number of these students and their parents does not have any idea about the pattern of the exam or the preparations involved.
Some of these students will also be wondering if they would be able to clear the exam at all. However, over the years, it has been proven that any student can succeed in the civil services exam by starting their preparations early.
Manorama Horizon, the education portal of Malayala Manorama, is conducting an online Civil Service Foundation Course for students who are keen to become an IAS or other Central Service officer. Those interested can apply for the course, which is designed with the support of Fortune IAS Academy, a civil service training centre.
Having a 135-hour duration, the course makes students capable of successfully facing the three stages of the civil service exam: Prelims, Mains, and Interview.
The online classes, led by experienced teachers, will evaluate the progress of the students through numerous test series. Individual sessions to clear doubts and interactions with successful candidates in the civil service exam are also part of the programme.
The course would be beneficial for students in Classes 10, 11, 12 and those who are pursuing a degree course. To learn more about the course, call 9048991111 or visit https://www.manoramahorizon.com/course/online-civil-service-foundation-class/.
