Courses
PG Diploma in Plant Health Management – Candidates who have BSc in one of agriculture, agri and rural development or BTech agri engineering or MSc Life Sciences can apply. They can specialize in one of the following streams: 1. Biocontrol input production management, 2. Biosecurity incursion management, 3. Pesticide management, 4. Vertebrate and structural pest management, 5. Plant health engineering. Five seats are reserved in pesticide management specialization for candidates with BSc Chemistry degree.

The course fee is Rs 75,000, which could be paid in two instalments. Free accommodation would be provided for the students. However, Rs 240 per day has to be paid for food. Meanwhile, employees of private companies should pay Rs 2 lakh as fees.

Diploma in Plant Health Management – The eligibility is same as the PG Diploma course. However, those who have MSc need not apply. The course fee is Rs 35,000. Free accommodation will be provided for the students. They have to pay Rs 240 per day for food.

An application fee of Rs 100 need to be paid online for any course. The computer based entrance test has been scheduled on 7 October. Meanwhile, the selection list would be published on 12 October and the classes are likely to begin on 20 October.
