Pala: Arjun Unnikrishnan, another Keralite who made it to the rank list of the Civil Services Examination, 2021, got selected with an All-India Rank of 145. His feat is worth emulating by civil services aspirants.

He has not yet decided to have another go at the exam to improve his ranking.

Civil service was not his ambition during his childhood. He focused on the elite service after completing BTech from the University College of Engineering at Muttam, Thodupuzha. Currently, he is working as an electronics technician in Kochi.

Son of Unnikrishnan and Bindhu of Kavingal, Ezhacherry, Arjun underwent training for Civil Services Examination at Thiruvananthapuram.

His brother Ananthu is an electronics technician in Bengaluru.
