Kottayam: The second allotment list for admission to first semester graduate courses at various arts and science colleges affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University has been published. Applicants may check their admission status by logging in using their application number and password on the website www.cap.mgu.ac.in.
Pay fees, submit documents
Those who have secured admission in the course that was given as first option should pay the university fee online and pay the required fees at the respective colleges. Besides, they should ensure admission at the colleges by submitting the copies of the transfer certificate, conduct certificate and signed allotment memo via email within the stipulated time.
Selected candidates should then submit the original certificates and documents at college, in person or via post, within 15 days after sending the copies.
Provisional admission
There is no provision of temporary admission to these courses/subjects given as the first choice; however, candidates who didn’t get the first option could opt for permanent or temporary admission in that stream.
Meanwhile, those who sought temporary admission in the first allotment could rearrange the options or wait for the third allotment if their status remains the same in the second allotment.
Cross-check
Students who secured admissions at various colleges should login before 4 pm on September 9 and ensure that their admission process has been complete, by checking the confirmation slip. The phone numbers of the colleges are available on CAP website.
The applicants would get a chance to rearrange or avoid earlier options on September 10 and 11.
