1. PGDFM (Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management): Those who have passed bachelor’s degree or equivalent courses with 50% marks/equivalent grade point average can apply. The candidates who belong to the Scheduled Caste and physically disabled candidates need 45% marks. The applications of final year graduate students who will complete courses within 30 June too would be considered. The total number of seats is 150.

The primary selection would be through IIM CAT 2020 or XLRI’s XAT 2021. Besides this, a separate online application needs to be submitted to the institute. The last date for application is 1 March. The application fee is Rs 1000. Meanwhile, the application fee for the candidates of schedule caste is Rs 500. Visit the website for more information.

Those who have high scores in CAT/XAT could attend the written aptitude test and interview which would be held in 5 centers including Kochi and Bengaluru during March/April.

The candidates of schedules caste, scheduled tribe, backward classes and physically disabled candidates have a seat reservation of 15/7.5/27/3% respectively.

Students need to reside in the campus. The fee for the two year course, including the hostel fee, would be Rs 6.5 lakh. Meanwhile, it would be around Rs 4 lakh for the scheduled caste students. Scholarships too are available for the students.

The students who had completed courses in the previous years have been employed in the government, corporate and IT sectors and also in research institutes and financial institutions through campus placements.

2. PGDSM (Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainability Management): The requirements are similar to the forestry management course. The bulletin with details is uploaded on the website.
