This year too students are in a dilemma as the entrance tests for admission to the MBBS course of the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) as well as to various Central Universities are scheduled on May 25 and May 26.
More than a lakh applicants from Kerala are expected to write the AIIMS entrance as well as the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET).

In all over 3 lakh applicants have applied for the AIIMS medical entrance to seek admission for its MBBS courses to be held on its Delhi campus as well as other new centres elsewhere.
All districts in Kerala, excluding Wayanad and Pathanamthitta, will have centres for AIIMS entrance.

In Kerala, the CUCET will be held only in Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Kochi, Thrissur, Palakkad, Kannur, Wayanad and Kasaragod districts.
